Testimonial
I had the pleasure of working with Moses during our APAC Development Month, where he played a pivotal role in delivering DISC workshops across the region. Moses is a passionate trainer who brings both energy and depth to every session. His ability to create interactive engagement while guiding participants toward meaningful insights is truly impressive.
Beyond facilitation, Moses was a thoughtful thought partner—co-creating the workshop experience with us to ensure it was not only impactful but also tailored to our team's needs. He consistently demonstrated accountability, creativity, and care in every step of the process.
If you're looking for someone who can elevate learning experiences and partner with you to drive real development outcomes, I highly recommend Moses.

Working with Moses as part of our facilitation team at Training Bridge has been an absolute joy. He brings not only deep experience in learning and development, but also a wonderful “I-style” energy that makes every session engaging, approachable, and fun.
Moses has that rare ability to combine structure with spontaneity — he reads the room instinctively, connects with participants easily, and turns serious topics into meaningful, lively dialogue. Whether he’s facilitating in English or Mandarin, leaders always walk away saying they’ve learned something new about both the topic and themselves.

I had the pleasure of working with Moses when he conducted a series of training sessions for our design team at Kohler Shanghai.
What stood out most about Moses’s approach was how thoughtfully he tailored each session to our team’s unique needs. He took the time to understand our diverse backgrounds — in both culture and expertise — and designed the training content to resonate with everyone, from designers to leaders. The sessions were practical, engaging, and immediately applicable to our daily work.
Equally impressive was his commitment beyond the workshops. Moses followed up with smaller breakout sessions to help us put the learnings into practice, ensuring that new habits and techniques truly took root. His genuine care for the team’s growth and his ability to connect with people made a lasting impact on how the team collaborate and communicate today.
During my time as Design Director leading Kohler’s Shanghai Design Studio, Moses’s work played a key role in strengthening our team culture and elevating how we shared ideas across disciplines. I highly recommend him to any organization looking for a trainer who combines empathy, adaptability, and real-world insight to help teams perform at their best.
