    Coaching skills for all moments
    Straight to the point coaching

Coaching is becoming an essential skill for every manager. There are many benefits — coaching helps the manager to raise the performance of their team members and enable the manager to deliver even better results.

Time is always a premium and it is difficult for a manager to find time to coach, especially given the increasing demands on his or her time. What this means is the manager must learn how to coach using the least amount of time.

In Coaching for All Moments, you will learn just that — how to go straight to the point and not waste time going around the issue. By learning the techniques, you would be able to have more opportunities coaching your people without ‘burning away’ too much of your time.

All participants will receive a valuable book "Coaching In The Moment - How busy leaders can make more impact with less time". Authored by Tan Swee Heng, the book contains practical coaching skills that you can use. There are also 150 coaching questions that you can refer to. The book is retailing at $30 at Kinokuniya book stores and Amazon.
